Our Team
Jael continually champions equal employment opportunities for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and is a mental health & wellness advocate. She’s also a licensed psychometrician and chartered professional HR with over 10 years of academic and corporate experience. As the Founder of TERPCAP, she believes that fostering diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace drives business transformation. Alongside her corporate career, Jael is a singer-songwriter and a sign language interpreter.

Jeff, a proud Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), has been exposed to the deaf community all his life. He has been working as a part-time Filipino Sign Language interpreter and educational instructor for over 12 years. He also is a website designer, developer, and digital accessibility engineer. This Co-Founder is dedicated to his advocacy of promoting awareness, inclusion, diversity, belongingness, and equal access to everyone until no one is left behind. In his spare time, he enjoys playing chess and online games.

Bryan has been advocating for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing's accessibility ever since he entered the corporate world. He’s also a sign language interpreter, closed captioner, lead generation specialist and Computer Engineering graduate. As one of the Co-Founders, he believes that with equal accessibility, we can bring down employment barriers that can lead to opportunities for the Persons with Disabilities (PWD) sector.
Aside from his advocacies, he’s also an artist, collector, and sports enthusiast.

Liz helps create safe spaces for people to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Aside from being a licensed teacher, she’s also passionate about educating others on mental health and personal development. She joined TERPCAP because she believes in a workplace where compassion is the driving force, excellence comes naturally, and fulfillment overflows from helping others. This Director of Operations loves to make music, initiate thought-provoking conversations, and post motivational content on social media.

Billie strives to be updated with the latest technological trends and is a patron of digital accessibility. He has a degree in computer science and has more than 5 years of experience in Web, Desktop and SQL development. As an accessibility tester, he believes that attractive visuals should not hinder the usability and accessibility of an application. Outside of the IT world, Billie is also an aspiring musician who practices with his instruments daily and dreams of one day being able to write a hit song.
